Overview

The unit shall be responsible for gathering and validating of requirements of any proposed solution/automation towards seamless deployment of such solutions particularly when a new process is to be automated to achieve seamless implementation without disruption to already established university procedures. This is in line with global best practices for sustainable digital transformation. The unit will equally coordinate the process mapping project of the current Administration for proper synergies among interrelated processes. The Unit must interact with various units and organs of the university from time to time for seamless recognition of needs in terms of additional features expected to enhance our processes
